		<description>Thanks for the tip Sarah!  We have smart phones, but apparently they aren&#039;t smart enough for the Fooducate app.  So this is a big help.  We just started making bread.  It tastes so great, but it&#039;s true we eat less of it.  You make it sound so simple, but for some reason choosing the right foods still takes a lot of brain power.  Thanks for helping us keep it at the forefront of our minds!</description>

		<description>I know the feeling.  Last summer I realized that I simply don&#039;t have the energy to do long pre-marathon runs on a weekend and have energy left over for anything else.  So I&#039;m suddenly not a marathoner these days, after doing 40 races of that distance or longer.  But when I have seven days a week off, in another five years, I hope to find that I&#039;m a marathoner again.</description>

		<description>Haha, that&#039;s an easy one.  It&#039;s because I had a very loud outer voice (his name is Mike, you know him well) telling me I wouldn&#039;t be able to do it.  So the rebellious thing to do was to prove him wrong. :)

The other thing is, that was 3 years ago.  My interests and abilities have changed, and it took this marathon for me to figure that out.  I saw myself as an endurance athlete, and I felt like everyone who knew me saw me that way as well.  So it took me a while to recognize that maybe I wasn&#039;t an endurance athlete anymore; maybe I&#039;ve grown into something else.  Or maybe I can be both.  That&#039;s the fun part: letting go of these preconceived notions and allowing yourself to have exercise ADHD for a while.</description>
